Deep in the Stay Fresh dungeon, young Dr. Frankenstein and his loyal assistant are conducting a most shocking experiment. Lightning crackles and test tubes bubble with mysterious “potions,” and the air hums with the thrill of discovery. At the center of it all lies their greatest creation yet: The Monster (who just so happens to bear a striking resemblance to Mom) rises! There’s science, there’s chaos, and there’s definitely green paint on the electrodes. Mad genius runs in the family, after all.

Models: Eileen Hollis, Neil Hueber, and Murray as Dr. Frankenstein

Long before this tiny scientist grabbed his first beaker, Mary Shelley dreamed up the world’s most famous act of reanimation. Written in 1818 when she was just eighteen, Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus explored what happens when human curiosity pushes past the limits of nature. Her tale sparked not just a monster, but an entire genre. One that still hums with that same electric fascination over two centuries later.
From black-and-white film labs filled with lightning to playful family dungeons lit by imagination, the spirit of Frankenstein endures. Each retelling breathes new life into the legend, reminding us that creativity itself is a kind of magic. After all, whether stitched together from spare parts or built from laughter and love, the best monsters are always made at home.
