Day 4 of our 31 Days of Halloween brings Alex DeRosa and Matt Read of Spatchcock Funk to the table… well, their heads, at least.

These two know their way around great food, strong drinks, and a damn good party. Their Central New York cooking show brings that energy to PBS, helping folks turn a meal into a reason to get together. So we invited them over and took a few creative liberties with the menu.
