Our surprise model to wrap up the month is…THE MAYOR! Mayor Ben Walsh has always been a big supporter of the Syracuse art scene and of Stay Fresh, and we are beyond thrilled we get to include him in this year’s 31 Days of Halloween. And of course, we had to turn him into the Mayor of Halloweentown for the day– it’s in the title!
Our favorite part of Halloween is that it gives us all a reason to let loose, have fun, and not take everything so seriously. A lot of people think of fun as extracurricular, but we know that having fun is essential. We are so stoked that the mayor took time out of his busy schedule to have fun and make art with us for an afternoon!
